My husband and I just purchased our new 530i through Frank, and he was amazing! Frank Garcia is a very good salesperson. When we first met, he had only been a few days on the job, and so wasn't entirely up to speed on the product line, but when I took delivery of my vehicle he was on top of his game. I have no complaints with either Mr Garcia or BMW of Escondido -- this was my first time dealing with Mr Garcia but it's my third car from BMW of Escondido and I'm a happy owner. I've dealt with sales, service, and (oops!) the body shop and they're all professional and top of the line.

We have been customers of BMW of Escondido for many years When it came time to buy our 2018 X3 I called Amanda. She gave us a great deal and even matched a slightly better quote from another dealer. Amanda is knowledgeable, hard working and delightful to work with.
They had a hard-to-find model (340i manual transmission) that I was looking for. Contacted their online sales person and worked out a very fair deal over email/phone. Drove a few hours to come get the car, hoping everything was exactly as promised. To their credit there were no surprises or shady tactics you sometimes see with other dealers. Paperwork was extremely fast and I was out the door in 1/2 hour. Would definitely work with them again.
When I bring my Z4M in for service, Harris Fecher is THE service advisor for me. I feel I can trust him to provide the kind of service and maintenance my car needed and he never fails to deliver.
