Michael Duplessis always goes above and beyond when we need to bring our car in for service. He is a Service Advisor but he seems like our own personal advisor. We trust his judgment and appreciate his experience, integrity and honesty. Another great feature is a very friendly and welcoming customer service member, an English Bull Dog named Daisy. She’s adorable and plays well with others!
Hector was fantastic. He is kind, professional, knowledgeable and just an all round nice person. The whole experience was good from the time I arrived and the shuttle service to stores while I waited. Great Job to everyone.

I came to this dealer just to look at a car I found on the internet. Met Joe who was very patient and understanding of what I was looking for. Came back a few days late because they were able to work with me the most.
My X3 had a multiple problems. They fixed my engine light, which other mechanic I was robbed. The noise in my car is gone, ac running great now, and I'm hoping there's no more leak on my coolant, for which they couldn't find a leak with a dye as it was explained to me.
Joe is a great sales guy taking care of customers. He knows the car and is very patient talking about features and follow up with us.
Pierre was professional throughout the experience. He followed up and took care of Items that were agreed on during the sale. I highly recommend the dealership.
