When I was recently in the market for a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) BMW X3 I started looking at the websites for the dealers in my area. Wife n I came in to make a choice. We had been to Lexus, Tesla, n 2 other BMW dealerships. Had decided that the 750i with the M package was it for me but didn’t enjoy the customer service at the other dealerships - maybe a 55 year old businessman isn’t their target market. We casually stopped by BMW of Escondido last evening just to “maybe” buy a BMW - where there was no pressure on the lot just a quick hello by a super nice Joe Chen. Great customer service. Erin, your salesperson, was very welcoming and took the time to become acquainted with my needs and preferences. She addressed all my questions and concerns, easily obtaining any information she didn't have. I was hesitant about walking in just to be sold something that might not be the best to fit my needs.
