When looking into a Lease, I was given contradictory information than what I'd received from other dealerships about the same BMW lease program. I was given misinformation from the salesman. When I escalated the matter to management, I was basically blown off. I have heard similar complaints from numerous other people. This used to be a decent dealership, but under the new ownership, it has gone downhill.

I had a problem that was supposed to be taken care of 4 months ago and still has not.. after purchasing a $50K car. This was a problem that Brecht should have caught and didnt until I took the car to be inspected by AAA. I'd left numerous messages with top manangement and nobody returned my call. Absolutley ridiculous!! It came to the point where I was on the verge of taking legal action. Good upfront, the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I reccommend South Bay BMW.

BEWARE!!! I would not reccomend this dealership at all. I was assured the payoff price of my trade-in was one price before I signed the contract. Several weeks later, I was sent a demand letter by the dealer seeking more money because the payoff was a higher amount. They are now suing me because I refuse to pay. "A deal is not a deal at Brecht BMW".

Long story short - CPO car was a lemon, service desk HORRIBLE, must show up in person and raise stink before they will lift a finger, shoddy worksmanship, disrespectful attitudes, the works. Stonewalling over the phone then capitulating once customer shows backbone is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never again.
