The Brecht people have taken care of our numerous BMW vehicles for about 14 years; they are consistently friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough. They also save us money, time, and grief whenever they can, and, because they are also racers, they advise us on how to setup our cars properly so that we can get the most out of them when we take them out on a track. I can't move away from here...they are simply the best!
I met Mike Duplessis in crisis mode with a flat tire late in the day. He waited for me to limp into the dealership at almost closing time. He was so very kind and honest, giving me choices to resolve the problem. So glad I met him and will definately go to him for all my needs.
They took my deposit, but then did not deliver, they never followed up to let me know if my order would be placed, and then turned around and said I was no longer in the queue and I would have to wait till 2023. I would recommend going to Encinitas BMW instead.
Came in and was greeted by Brian and he made me not want to work with bmw anymore. I get if you are having a bad day or something but you should never take it out on your customers. Had a great experience with a different sales person though so this review getting a 1 star is for Brian
We had an appointment at 6 pm. We came for a test drive and no car. They lied to us. Don't do business with them! Helpful, respectful, cooperative and knowledgeable salesman, good selection of desirable cars at good prices, no pressure to buy, nice facility. I would certainly go back for my next BMW.

"I found a 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman with beige leather..." I found a 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman with beige leather I was really wanting. So I start speaking with a Salesman and he says just so you are aware, there are two options already installed on the vehicle one being a GPS vehicle tracker and another is 3M paint protectant to prevent from getting scratches on the door.
