I had a very pleasant experience. I was promptly introduced to the right person who could help me. The staff there are very courteous and were willing to listen to my concerns. I felt no pressure, but was given concise answers to my questions which helped make informed decisions about my purchase.
We moved to Atlanta but keep buying our BMWs from Winslow BMW. The people there are extremely helpful and friendly, and make the buying process easy, quick, and free of "surprises".

The staff at Winslow BMW were extremly helpful and friendly. A welcome change from the high pressure sales of most dealers. I was able to have Bob Evans locate the car that my wife and I wanted. The Winslow dealership has a great website for searching their inventory. Bob Evans had posted a terrific video clip of the particular car that I was interested in which helped me decide to go look at it. Bob did a great job explaining the car and taking me for an instructive test drive. Bob was really an amazing salesman! There was no pressure and I felt completely comfortable with my purchase. When I got there to pick up my car he walked me through all the features and made the paperwork incredibly simple and quick!

We found the BMW we were looking for on line and called Bob Evans to get more details on the car. He was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. We drove down from Denver to see the car and test drive it on a Thursday evening and then completed the negotiations with Bob via phone and e mail on Friday.
