I did a fair amount of homework and visited other dealerships before working with Bob Evans at Winslow BMW. What started out as a "check out the competition" visit turned into the best car-buying experience ever! Bob was so easy-going and open about pricing and value. I was shopping for a new 2014 X3. Bill was responsive to my initial inquiry, very quick to get back to me with information throughout the evaluation process, pleasant and professional through the end purchase. (I live in Denver where there are several BMW dealerships, none of which were responsive nor attentive.) I would highly recommend Bille Fishe and Winslow for an attentive and smooth car purchase experience.

after two weeks of going to dealership to dealership ,I finally found a place where i felt comfortable ,the staff was friendly and courteous .The salesman bob evans ,is a valuable, long -time employee who helps his clients through the experience of buying a new car .My experience with phil winslow was a good one, i highly recommend anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle to stop there and meet a great staff ,who is willing to work with you and give you a good deal.

My family has worked with this dealership for almost 20 years. Today I bought my 5th car from them. I have lived in Denver for the last 10 years, but still drive down to Colorado springs just to work with them. They always give me the best deal on my cars (and believe me I have checked around). I consistently receive top of the line service and plan to continue to work with them for as long as Winslow BMW is around. Thank you for a great experience!!!

I am very impressed with the Winslow BMW experience. Firstly I wanted to call out Jason Russell, a service advisor, who has taken care to get to know me and my older BMW over the past 4 years. He always works to get me a nice loaner vehicle and goes out of his way for customer service...even spending 20 minutes on the phone in my new car with Sirius XM when the radio was not activating, until it worked. I was in the market for a rare 2009 Mercedes Benz SL600. Found exactly what I was looking for on Autotrader.com. The vehicle was located at Winslow BMW in Colorado Springs, CO. Winslow BMW has a great website with many photos, good descriptions of their cars. Bob Evans (Internet Sales), had a great video of the car I was interested in. Absolutely NO pressure sales! Wonderful experience....would highly recommend the dealership and especially Bob Evans. AFTER the sale he spent 1 hour and 30 minutes going over EVERY feature and how to program the car. Awesome! The last time I bought a Mercedes the sales guy said thank you and was gone!! Also bought the extended maintenance plan - good value and no hassle.
