Over a period of about 9 months, while we were deliberating about "taking the plunge," we worked with Bill Fishe. Throughout this time we took a couple test drives, and asked a lot of questions. Bill was very patient and thorough. During the ordering, selection of options, receiving, and pick-up/payment process Bill kept us well informed, made sure we were satisfied with everything about the vehicle (X3), and followed up after the sale to see if we had any questions. I love these guys at Winslow BMW! Working with Bill Fishe isn't like working with a Client Adviser at a car dealership, he is more like working with a friend that happens to sell some of the best cars in the world. I was out of town on business and asked my wife to take my 2008 328xi in for an annual service, and while she was there with our daughter to pick up the vehicle she spotted a beautiful red BMW Z4 sitting on the showroom floor. Wonderful experience w/delivery of a vehicle ordered overseas. Customer service didn't lack even though I'd ordered my car prior to moving here. I would highly recommend this dealership and hope that the service standard doesn't change. I'd visited a dealer in Denver prior to deciding where to take delivery and I was incredibly pleased w/Winslow and chose to stay in CoS.

Winslow BMW has twice provided an experience that no other dealership has been able to match. My wife and I are repeat customers of Winslow BMW and have received first class service with every visit to Winslow BMW. He worked very hard to find the car I might be interested in buying. Worked hard to come to a purchase price we could all live with. The car was detailed and ready to go when he told me it would be ready. There were no floormats in the car and Jim ordered some for me and I picked them up yesterday. I think the dealership was very accomodating and friendly.

This was the very best car buying experience we have ever had. The quality of information, customer care and personal attention was outstanding. We will be Winslow customers for life. Our sales representative (Bob Evans) was very patient with us in showing new technology and was very helpful!

Bob is always helpful and knowledgeable about the BMW. He has us excited to order our next BMW late this year and showed us all the new options and features available on the 2013 model.
