Conducted the up front portion of the deal over the Internet...based on previous vehicle purchases, spending time at a dealership ranks right up there with root canal. Upon arrival Bob went to work immediately, was very knowledgeable about the product and even stayed later than usual to assist with setting up the car and reviewing the new features. Purchasing a car at Winslow BMW was a very pleasant experience....All personel in the dealership were friendly. Everyone we met at the dealership was so friendly and knowledgeable about BMW cars. We purchased a used BMW X5 from Bob Evans. Coming from the sales industry in real estate in Breckenridge, I was very impressed with Bob's sales style, knowledge of the car (used) and his honesty. After purchasing the car, Bob went through the entire operation of the vehicle and and all the options. I have never had this type of complete experience with a used car purchase. Great staff, great cars!

After trying to find a car that suited my needs and having them either sold out from under me, sold in transit, or just not having a phone call returned, I decided to try an out of town dealership. I saw a car that looked very nice and clean, clean car fax and Bob took a deposit over the phone. The internet salesman, Bob Evans, and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. Bob was not pushy or overbearing at all, and was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. We called in advance, and he had the car cleaned, fuelled, and waiting under a canopy (it was raining) when we came for a test drive. We bought the car, and he and the finance manager stayed after-hours to finish with us. They were quick, but not rushed as we completed the sale and Bob taught us about the car. We came to Winslow BMW for a test drive after finding a car on the internet and speaking to Bob Evans. We ended up having 2 test drives - and purchasing a car we found sitting on the lot. Our test drive with Bob was very enjoyable and informative. Over the weekend we decided to buy the car on the way to Santa Fe. Bob was wonderful about keeping the transaction short and letting us store our old vehicle in the locked lot for the weekend.
