BMW Owner Paul Miller provided me with valet service picking up and dropping off my vehicle at my house. In this time of the pandemic and with us sheltering in place this was a wonderful service. My service rep kept in contact with me and informed me what services were to be performed and the costs in advance, Excellent service and communication.

Great customer service!! Excellent customer service and hassle-free buying process even when the dealership was working with a skeleton crew during the pandemic. New 840xi Coupe I have been buying my cars from Paul Miller BMW for over 20 years. If they weren't good all the way around I would not go back. I like everything about them through the entire lifecycle for both sales and service.
Repairs Paul Digangi was great !!! If I ever need my BMW repaired again I will personally ask for him. He made the process as smooth as possible. I also left a detailed review on GOOGLE. :-)
