BMW service Brought my car in for scheduled service. Check in time was super short. Also got a loaner. Service was done quickly and I picked up the car in tip top condition later that afternoon

sales manager My service advisor was very informative and on top of things. She must have reached out to me at least 4 times to confirm work that needed to be done or not done. One comment is that the car was washed but there was unclean spots on the front windshield as well as the top of the back windshield.
Routine service visit/fix 2 recalls Service representative helpful, polite, efficient; and speed of service fine. Car returned well-cleaned. Loaner delivered promptly, no issues. Only negative note was the cashier on collection - who I found a bit rude and grumpy.
