So Far So Good! Pretty Happy All too often you get treated like a stepchild, 2nd rate customer and a bother just because purchase wasn't made at the dealer, even though you're willing spend the same amount or more on service, maintenance and even next purchase. Can't say that's been the case (at least not yet). Have only had to bring car in 2 times so far (minor issues) but so far better than I expected and way better than previous experiences with other car dealers. Great service! Jose is the best! Even though there are other BMW dealers closer to me, I get all of my service done here! Jose is terrific to work with! Honesty, reliability, and on-time repairs and service. The service staff is friendly and pleasant. Clean, welcoming waiting area. It's worth the trip!

Service experience Went to Paul Miller BMW the first time. Had Jose Jimenez as my service advisor. What a pleasure toi work with. Very knowledgeable, had answers to all my questions. Was very prompt in updating with the work and the schedule. By far, one of the bext experiences I have had at a dealership.
