Great car, a little negligence in service I got a Certified Used car here, it was in good condition and the buying process was good. The dealer gave me enough time to check the interior and exterior of the car. The little negligence was that the dealer did not fuel my car up that he had promised me when we made the deal, but it was not a big issue for me.
BMW 750il great sales experience Bought a demo in two days! Great advertised price easiest deal I'v ever made. Albert Medina promised me that I wouldn't be disappointed and it would be worth the 75 minute drive. He was right. Everything went as smooth as pie.
Easy - No pressure buying experience !!! Originally worked with Kathy K and finished with Jay C. Both were easy to work with and made my experience stress free. Both communicated with me via internet and phone on an as-needed basis as I am not local to the dealership (I am in PA - 70 miles from the dealer). Leased my 3rd Car I just bought/leased my 3rd car from Paul Miller and I can't say enough good things about the dealership, and in particular Paul Aldaz. Their professionalism and client services are unmatched.
Taillights I had a broken tail light with my X5 and called Paul Miller. When they confirmed they had the part, they were able to fit me right in on the same day. I was in and out in less than an hour (washed car and all)!!
