Terrible service I took my m3 to paul Miller bmw in wayne they caused almost $5000 damage to my car and they took it for 10 mile joy ride and after all manager Anthony said oh well dont come back here . Absolutely terrible service

not sure what title you're looking for. still don't understand why I keep being told the sensor for the mileage until replacement for my brakes can't be accurate. I've had 5 BMWs and all my other ones had a fairly accurate reading on mile until replacement.
loaner issues on deposit required Dear Mr. Luis Pabon, I brought in my car for service on October 22nd with a loaner. Service has always been a wonderful experience except this last visit. Never in my life that I’ve own a BMW since 1989, I had to give a deposit of 250.00 for a loaner while my car is being serviced. I had returned the loaner on Oct 26th and to this day Nov. 8th my deposit is still pending on my mastercard. Unsatisfied Service I would like to bring your attention to an unsatisfactory experience I had at BMW Paul Miller auto service on October 9, 2019. I have been a loyal customer for long time and feel that incomplete service was done on my 2007 BMW X5 at that time. Schedule oil service for 528 x-drive Schedule the appointment online. They expected my arrival and promptly prepared the paperwork to complete the service. During the scheduled oil change service, they also replaced the interior air filter and wiper blades as recommended by the manufacturer. I was very please the service, courtesy of the staff and the timeliness of the service.
Warranty service Service manager was quick to quote a price without diagnosing the problem. Felt like he is selling stuff not servicing a car under warranty
Service review My only complain is the way in which the receptionists handle my calls. It is as if they have no idea what's going on. At times, they just put me on hold, just to pick up the phone again and ask how they can help or who do I want to speak to. Very frustrating at times!
