BMW Owner Good service, timely. This review procedure was a pain. Kept rejecting for one reason or another. If they remove this section it might be better.

Pathetic - DO NOT VISIT Pathetic staff and totally crappy experience. Waited 30 minutes just for the sales guy Josh to meet us. Then waited another 20 minutes for the test drive. After the test drive Josh disappeared. And when he showed up he said this car is not certified while the website clearly stated it was. He had no idea how to deal with a customer. Please do not visit this dealership .

This was clearly a misunderstanding from when client didn't meet scheduled appointment to a recent promotion that was announced and my sales person was not aware of. Fool me once... Worst buying experience ever encountered. Traveled over 80 miles to see a specific vehicle for sale, a used 2016 BMWd XI, with only 8,000 miles. The "salesman", Paul Sherman, was entirely out of his element, insisting most of his customers buy sight unseen over the internet as all the german cars drive the same and then making promises never delivered. Customer left deposit over the phone on specific vehicle sight unseen. Vehicle was just washed prior to customer coming to see the vehicle. We promised customer that at time of delivery the vehicle would be completely detailed and all addressed surface scratches would be buffed out if "possible". At the time delivery customer continued to point out minor surface scratches that would not buff out. Sales Jack Khoury is a gentlemen, competent and professional sale rep, I only was disappointed that I did $450 of service to my trade in that day and NO credit could have been applied. If I did not do the service and came to but the next day I would have saved $450 in cash! That's sad the left hand cannot help the RIGHT..

Service is top shelf Setting up appointment for service took 2 a minute call. Brought car in on time and was done meeting with service rep in 5-6 minutes. Then as planned, a driver took me home immediately. Total time from leaving house to drop off car and returning to house was 25 minutes. Called in middle of day. Car fixed and ready for pickup. Issue fixed properly. It just doesnt get any better.

Second Visit Not as Good as First Out of Loaners even though I had reserved one. Process was slow. It took over 20 minutes just to drop off my car and get a rental. That was too long.

High pressure telephone salesman Called after seeing car online, salesman tried to convince my son to place a deposit by phone with a credit card immediately, or the car would be gone for sure. Then belittled my son when told the purpose of the call was to confirm it was still available, so he could see car with me the next day. He said "you don't know anything about the auto industry, do you?" Horrible was treated like a second class citizen I was searching for a BMW 5 series. I met a nice guy Carl Ledsma. He was ok though sometimes seemed ill informed. I believe he was new. I test drive a few cars none if which fit what I wanted. I worked with them less then a week. I sat down with him and his sales manager. I informed them I was after a 535 xdrive with the m sport package. A car that retails for 75k+.
