Be careful buying your car from Paul Miller BMW Good experience at the beginning turned sour very quickly. Be very careful doing business with Paul Miller BMW especially with their special deals and promotions. I leased very expensive car, BMW M5 that was a demo car with very low mileage. When I test drove the car I noticed a whistling sound at drivers door. I was told it was just a rubber door seal and it would be repaired under warranty. HORRIBLE and SHADY Something VERY wrong and VERY SHADY with this place. To start, I called in the morning to receive no call back. So I called back only to have a rude receptionist answer AND rerouted back and forth for about 5 minutes. I finally reached a very nice gentleman named Ken who was very helpful and kind with my inquiries. I went ahead with an appointment that included a wheel lock set, two tire mounts and an alignment. Service Appt This was the first time during the 3 years of my lease that I, as a woman, was treated with respect. Jose Jimenez was pleasant and courteous without being condensending. If he were the one I dealt with in the past 3 years, there might have been a chance that I would have come back to Paul Miller for another lease. Too late for me, but maybe others on your staff could learn a thing or two from him.

Incompetent and Negotiated in Bad Faith The staff at Paul Miller BMW seemingly went out of their way to embody the WORST of car buying. After agreeing to a deal for a car, I was first told that I had to physically be present to sign for the car. As I live 800 miles away, that’s a bit difficult. This lead to a series of run arounds so that my incompetent salesman, Allen Morel, could verify whether I had to be there physically to purchase the car. Flat tire Service was OK,ride flat tire replaced, however, ended up having to replace a second tire and having a balancing don. It was expensive, one reason I do not like these ride flat tires and not having a spare.

Recent Purchase It was a pleasure working with Allen Morel to purchase my automobile. He was clear and I got a fair price. When I asked if any future repairs could be valeted to my home, 39 miles away he said to call him first. I take that as "no". Too bad because I received excellent service from Thompson BMW of Doylestown, Pa.that would send a valet and leave me a loaner at no charge.
