I keep receiving UNSOLICITED emails from them I contacted this dealership by email requesting additional info on a vehicle they were advertising online and got a response back via email and I REPLIED that I have decided against pursuing their advertised vehicle due to a high price. Ever since then, I have been receiving UNSOLICITED emails from them on a daily basis although I have told them I was not interested in their vehicle any longer.
Horrible Communication within the Dealship We did not have a very good experience with this dealership. I'm not going to go into listing all the problems we ran into but the main problem is this dealer has major communication issues with its departments. Customer Service is awful What an awful dealership. My ex-wife has a BMW she purchased from this dealership. She had to move to northern Minnesota for her job. She starts having electrical issues with her BMW and calls the dealership. She is told there is no other place to take her car but BMW to get it fixed because it’s under warranty and they have been having electrical issues with that particular model. Terrible and misleading This dealership is TERRIBLE! I had to give them 1 star because this site won't let me give them 0. From my experience, they will mislead you on the quality of the vehicle in order to get the sale. Once the sale is done, they will not call you back or try to remedy any problems. You will be VERY disappointed if you take their word on ANYTHING! I know I am!
