Great Ride and Great Dealership Large, spacious, gorgeous showroom and customer waiting area. I bought a fun to drive 650i last summer and recently brought it in for minor service: microfilter replacement and new battery. I say "Life is Good" every time I push the ignition button to ON! Great ride and great dealership!

Sales and Service Experience Tom White was our Sales Rep. and he made the sales process a learning and want to come back experience. Jeff LaMott represented Service and he again was educational and made the Service Appointment a pleasure. Service oriented and not pushy Warren Fritz was my main contact. He asked many questions to best understand my needs. He was very knowledgeable about all of the options and the fit for my needs. I also found him to be extremely patient and never tried to push me into a decision. I also thought the trade in and negotiation process was painless. This was a welcome relief after experiencing the arrogance and indifference at the local Audi dealer down the road. By the way, I love my new 550' so color me happy all around.

The Definition of Service My wife and I had been looking for a new or lightly used BMW 5 series with particular color combinations in mind. Patient and Helpful This is a big dealership and there is alot going on. The facility is outstanding and better than any of the others I visited.
