"Exceptional" This is my third vehicle purchase from this dealership. The service, both pre and post sale, is exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous and I actually look forward to bringing my vehicle in for service as I know I will have a great experience.

Great sales staff Aaron Hanson, sales representative at BMW of Minnetonka, was the deciding factor in our search for purchasing a new car. Car purchase My sales person was John Sully Sullivan. He was personable and genuinely a great guy. Knowledgeable, informative and easy going. From start to finish, top shelf. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a CPO BMW. In addition to Sully, Lea in the finance department was rock solid. No idle chit chat. Pleasant, direct and efficient.

Great service and follow up I purchased a used vehicle from BMW of Minnetonka. I was very pleased with the entire process, including the day of purchase/pickup. Our salesperson, Aaron Hanson, was very helpful and responsive. Aaron has just the right style of being responsive without any pressure whatsoever. He is very respectful, thoughtful and informative. More than satisfied.. Found the car on line and talked with Aaron Hanson who set up a time for me to test drive that fit my schedule. Very knowledgable, not pushy. Went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. I was apprehensive as a couple years ago a similar dealership looked at me like a second rate citizen and didn't deserve to drive one of their cars. But that was not the case Aaron was very down to earth and treated us well. I would highly recommend this dealership and specifically Aaron Hanson.
