Review of BMW Minnetonka I have purchased 3 BMW cars from the dealership during the last 2 years. Each time, I did extensive research on the specific car before my purchase and got just what I was looking for. The sales and service for these cars has been top-notch and I've been well satisfied with the whole process. John Bliss, my sales person for all 3 cars has been terrific. John has gone the extra mile for everything involved. He is very pleasant to work with and is great at followup. My experience has been excellent.
Love my BMW and the Minnetonka dealership! Everything about the purchase of my new BMW 330i Sports car was great! My sales person, Kris Kramer was never pushy, always professional, and had my interests at heart. Sam in the Genius Department was also wonderful, patient and knowledgeable. I will return again!

New Car Buying I had the choice of two BMW dealerships and chose BMW Minnetonka. I had never owned a beamer before and made a significant error during my auto selection process. I found this dealership and the sales rep-Amy Mattick to be extremely helpful in the process and genuinely concerned that I got the car with the exact features I wanted.
Buyer It was the ultimate BUYING experience. Plenty of inventory to view all potential options for me and it helped me in choosing the best SUV for me. Ultimately went with the 2019 X5 and couldn't be happier.

Great experience getting the car I wanted I was looking for a relatively new but used BMW X3 or X5. I had never been to the Minnetonka dealership. I was impressed by the ability to walk around on my own and quick attention when I was ready to talk to a salesperson. The salesperson,James, was wonderful. Excellent Customer Service I recently purchased a used VW from BMW of Minnetonka. I was initially hesitant to inquire about the car I had gone to look at, as I had visited a few other dealerships in the west metro area and received standard to minimal customer service at those.
