satisfied buyer I am out of state and rick was great helping me through the process. We ordered the car and he delivered everything as promised. They even showed my wife the new x5. Her lease is up next year and she was very impressed.
Successful Out of State Purchase I was in the market for a used 3 series and found a good fit at this dealer. Being an out of state buyer can always be a challenge, but Heather was great to work with from start to finish. My only complaint we're some hidden fees once things we're passed off to the finance department, just be sure to read your contract before signing. Highly recommend Heather for your sales needs. Great car,great salesman I had the pleasure of purchasing my car through Matt Liebig. I went to both BMW of Minnetonka and Motorwerks in Bloomington to look at cars. I could not have had more opposite experiences. Matt took the time to know what I wanted in my new car and helped me figure out the different features on several cars. He answered all my questions and never got tired of answering my millions of questions. I will always look to Matt when I buy a new car.

I am not sure why everyone is so down on the 2018s, but Ryan was patient and responsive and we put together a wonderful vehicle. Appreciated his work.
