Wasn't Ready To Buy...Ended Up Buying! Three words to remember: Ryan Leach, Ryan Leach, Ryan Leach! (Ok, that's six words!) Simply put: an impressively wonderful buying experience. MMKKL We nonchalantly walked into BMW last Saturday and we were warmly greeted by Jack. We had not been car shopping for 15 years so it was time! Jack was great! He answered all of our questions, was very knowledgeable and was very easy to talk with. We left that afternoon with a new vehicle and absolutely love it! Kyle in finance was also excellent. Shopping for a 2019 BMW X5 Excellent experience from the preliminary visit to picking up our new X5. While we no longer reside in Minneapolis, our last two BMWs were long distance transactions that were seamless and exceeded our expectations.
