2013 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE SRT8 From the moment I scheduled a test drive via email Amy responded and was very helpful. I drove the Jeep SRT8 and had a feeling it was gonna be mine. I think it chose me. It had to home with me. Amy was there every step of the way finding an answer to all of my questions or concerns. Everyone that helped was friendly my whole experience was great!
Worth the wait We worked with Amy Mattick to find a used X5, she worked very hard to find exactly what we were looking for, she kept us informed on every used X5 that came into the dealership. After four months of looking we found exactly what we were looking for, however it was at a different dealership. This is this is the 2nd BMW X5 we purchased through Alex and we are always impressed with the deal Alex puts together for us. We always feel we got the best deal in the Twin Cities area. The entire team is great for beginning of the process until the end.
Wonderful This was a great experience! First time at this dealership. We met with Sonny who took us out to see a couple SUVs after we told him what we were looking for. I had also done some research on their web site which is very nice and informative. Once we came back we had a low pressure conversation about buying the car I wanted. Sonny worked to get a good deal. It was one if not "the" best car buying experience I have had in 25 years!
