Trading a car at BMW of Minnetonka GREAT experience! I've been a customer from BWM of Minnetonka for some years, went to take the car for service and they offered me the possibility of a trade in. I worked with Ashlee Carlson who was a very professional and extremely nice client advisor. We worked out a deal and within less than a week I went to make the trade. In a little bit over an hour I had my new car.

Great Customer Service, Outstanding Facility I recently traded in my car for an Acadia. I found it online and was able to do most of the talking over the phone with Anthony Hines, who gave great customer service. I drove 4 hours to the dealership, met with Anthony and was able to finalize the purchase.
