Best Experience buying a car The Best experience buying a vehicle My salesperson, Ashlee Carlson made buying a BMW an experience to remember. The sales experience was as high end as the car itself. I drove several different models until I decided which one I couldn't live without. Ashlee made the experience fun and exciting. There was no pressure to decide on anything in a hurry. When I was ready to make up my mind she was there waiting with a smile and a high level of professionalism. Overall it was a great experience.
Nice deal on a used car I was in the market for a used car. I found one on a search engine that was at BMW of Minnetonka. I called the dealer, was transferred to a salesperson, who was courteous and professional. We set up an appointment for a test drive. The car was ready when I arrived. Within an hour I was on my way with a "new" car. Great experience!

Excellent Experience!!! This was my third lease purchase through BMW Minnetonka and first time working with Client Advisor, Josh Smith. Josh provided excellent service and superb attention to detail throughout the process. He took time to show me several options and was able to locate a 228xi convertible with the exact interior/exterior color combo and M Sport Package/accessory options I wanted. Josh was phenomenal to work with and I would highly recommend him and this dealership.

Great experience from start to finish! We stopped at BMW of Minnetonka to look for a new SUV for my wife in March. We met Christian Even at the dealership and he guided us to the right vehicle and she couldn't be happier. The lease on my Audi recently ended and because of Christian we put BMW on the list.
