Best Service at BMW of Minnetonka After hesitantly looking at trading in my car, I was contacted by Amy Mattick. After meeting her, the angels were singing. She was so kind and helpful in helping me through the process of trading in my 2009 BMW, and fitting me for a new 2016 lease. She made the entire experience STRESS-FREE! I would highly recommend her services to anyone. I will always continue my relationship with BMW of Minnetonka, especially because of her.
Wonderful Sales Experience - BMW Minnetonka Visited BMW Minnetonka looking for a new SUV and met Alex Tamarkin. Turns out, Alex sold my brother in law a vehicle 10 years ago and remembered him by name! Alex and Kyle made the car buying experience easy and fun. Alex has followed up several times since my purchase and genuinely cares. Also, they have great coffee and snacks!
Dealership This is overall one of the best dealerships I've been too. Overall great customer service and very welcoming. One guy I have to mention is my salesmen, John "Sully" Sullivan. He's the go to guy if you're trying to look for a car. Fell in love with my 6 series working with him. Be sure to ask for him!
2016 BMW 328i X Drive Just purchased a new 328i X Drive from Amy Mattick this past Friday and she was most pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. Diane Our experience at BMW of Minnetonka went so smooth. Patrick Spott was excellent to work with, and explained everything in detail. We love the car! Also working with the Financial Dept was very easy, and again, everything explained to us. The facility is gorgeous, and we were treated like we were the only customers at the dealership. They don't come better... BMW of Minnetonka CLASSY I could say they are the best a million times, it would not be enough... BMW of Minnetonka is by far the best dealership. I ACTUALLY MATTERED. They wanted nothing more then to see me in the car of my dreams and they did it! My salesman, "Sully" was incredible... Lea in Finance was superior (to say the least!) she cared and worked hard for what matched MY needs. Sales Manager, top notch!
