Great purchase experience I had been searching for a used Grand Cherokee SRT. I searched across the country and one was listed at BMW of Minnetonka. The price was the best I had seen for vehicles with comparable mileage. The dealer was willing to come down a little further from the listed price. never been happier with a car purchase experience After dealing with 4 or 5 dealers to trade in my car for a 4WD car for the winter I did my due dilligence at stopped in at BMW Minnetonka. INtroduced to Christian Even of their sales group he showed me a half a dozen 2 year old cars in very good condition. When we found the perfect car-color, miles - features I was hooked. Purchased CPO 535D BMW Ryan Leach was our contact for internet sales, he did a terrific job! The vehicle was washed and ready for a test drive. He took all the time needed to make my wife comfortable with all the vehicle controls. He took us on a course that included interstate driving and curvy back roads! Incomplete Internet Sale I contacted the dealership via a request from Cars.com about a used car. I was informed that the car (a sports car) had been sitting on the lot for 90 days and that, with the weather changing to fall, they did not have much room to negotiate price. While I appreciate the straightforward reply, the facts presented did not justify the response; a sports car sitting on the lot for 90 days in the middle of the summer doesn't make any sense (unless something is wrong with it) and a dealership should be in... read more
