2011 328i xDrive just purchased this vehicle from Craig H at BMW of Minnetonka. Great overall experience and very much appreciate Craig's consultative approach when purchasing this vehicle as well as his follow up after the sale. Only minor "blip" was the time it took to finish the paperwork, but that was probibly due to us being there late Saturday afternon on the last day of the month when a number of last minute purchases were getting processed. Overall great expericence with a first class dealership.
Traded for 2002 BMW 330ci The team at BMW of Minnetonka, especially my sales rep Ryan Leach, were outstanding throughout the process. The techs got the BMW in great shape, and Ryan proved to be a reliable and knowledgeable point person. I am very satisfied with my experience.
2014 X5 I purchased a 2012 X5 from there (in July, '14), took the car to install running boards (Jan, '15) and forgot to leave with my garage opener. When I returned to pick up my garage opener, I ended up leaving with a newer car; traded it in for a newer 2014, X5. Point is, my 2012 was still a great car (still very new to me), but I was sold on trading it in for a newer one because my client advisor was that good to work with. Would definitely recommend BMW of Minnetonka to others. - Parts and service are great too!
