Great experience getting my new lease of a X5 BMW I always have a great experience at this dealer and especially with my sales person Craig Haggerty he not only accommodate to my schedule but made the process very easy. Worth the Drive! My wife and I researched used vehicles we wanted online, and drove 3 hours one way to meet with Dylan about a Traverse. It was the vehicle we wanted, and after talking to him on the phone, he said he will do his best to earn our business. After arriving there, we talked with him for less than an hour, getting the price to where we needed to be. Fabulous Service Purchased a used 2007 Porsche Cayman from Aaron over at the BMW of Minnetonka store. Aaron was a great communicator, and always kept me abreast of the status of the car, scheduling of the test drive, and status of repairs.
Happy from the moment I walked in... I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 5-series from these guys and it was really a pleasure. Great Follow-up Tara Ludwigson was great in getting me into a hard to find manual transmission all wheel drive 335i. I would give 5 stars overall but my certified pre-owned car already needs to go to the shop after only a week and a half.
