Fantastic customer experience -- from the research Ryan did on several used vehicles for us, to prompt replies to questions, to ultimately finding us a vehicle with what we were looking for at a fair price. The best experience, from start to finish! This was my first experience with BMW, and certainly won't be my last. Alex Tamarkin was WONDERFUL to work with. He did a great needs analysis and then talked to me about what my options were. Internet car purchase I had an excellent experience with BMW of Minnetonka. I worked through the internet and had prompt answers to my questions. We had the deal essentially worked out (including a trade) before driving long distance to the dealership. Everything was as promised - the vehicle was there and ready to test drive (Used 2014 BMW 328i) and I was given a good price for my trade.
