Great Dealership My wife and I bought a pre-owned 328xi from BMW of Minnetonka in July 2014. We had a great experience. The sales advisor (Sully Sullivan) was very help and friendly. He showed us a few cars in our price range, and it didn't take us long to find the right car. He also gave us a discount because it was the end of the month. Mark Garrett does a great job! After being a solid Lexus customer since 1992, I stayed in touch with Tim Kraemer when he moved to BMW as general manager. Tim introduced me to what a great car BMW has to offer and also to Mark Garrett. Tim has moved up in the organization and Mark has carried on the tradition of great customer service, knowing his products well and putting a deal together that meets my needs. amazing experience thanks to tony zemke Went in just for a test drive but the deals were great and tony zemke at bmw minnetonka was just a great guy to work with. i bought a white 2011 135i and tony reinforced all the positives about the car and just made the whole process less nerve wrecking. I work in retail as a trainer and therefore i am in good authority to state that tony zemke took the 'big city car sale' nerves away with hometown-friendly approach. there is a reason he has been doing this for a while.

Top notch, comfortable customer service I came to BMW of Minnetonka in the market for a used Toyota SUV. Alex Tamarkin I've used Alex for my last two leases and both experiences were excellent. He was very open book in the negotiations and made the process quite simple, painless and actually enjoyable. Great buying Experience! This was my first car purchase experience where I purchased a vehicle sight unseen and Ryan Leach made the experience simple and painless! I was interested in a used 2011 Mini Cooper S and seeing as how the dealership is a 3.5+ hour drive from where I live, I was unable to inspect the car in person.
