Extremely TRUSTWORTHY We purchased a 5 year old used Lexus from a BMW dealer ... perfect car and extremely impressed with the HONESTY of the sales staff. I've called twice since wanting to buy a car for my daughter and son, and was given an honest description of the worthiness of the used cars; result: didn't buy for daughter but bought a different one for my son at BMW. I completely TRUST their sales staff and that is in my opinion THE most important attribute in buying a used car.

Perfect experience I did a long-distance purchase (I'm over 500 miles from Minnetonka) of a CPO vehicle that's hard to find, with Amy Mattick as my salesperson. It was easily the best car-buying experience I've had. I was a little nervous buying a car sight-unseen but Amy sent me all the information I requested, practically instantly (she'd return my emails on Sundays even) and the car is perfect. Outstanding experience I had been looking for a very specific make and model car for a few months. I had come down to one In Madison, WI or in Minnetonka, MN. I live in Milwaukee, WI, so this seemed to be an easy decision. Great car, great experience I was shopping for my car from over a 100 miles away, so I was questioning several dealers on specific model used cars that I was researching.
