2008 BMW X3 service We were told when we first called it would be a short process. They said we could wait and stick around the dealership, but when we arrived we were told it would be 8 hours/ all day. We left, driving the hour car ride back home to get a call at noon they would be ready. Very awful communication, but excellent customer service to deal with it

BMW 2018 X3 AWD Was a long wait to pay for our car after we decided on a price (we paid cash, no finance). Everything else was 5 star!! They had the exact car we were looking to purchase. Beautiful facility.
