Love my first BMW All of the staff I encountered from Sales to Finance to Shot to Genius were very polite and professional. They were happy to find the car I wanted and answer all my questions. Loving my 2018 X4 :-)
2008 BMW X3 service We were told when we first called it would be a short process. They said we could wait and stick around the dealership, but when we arrived we were told it would be 8 hours/ all day. We left, driving the hour car ride back home to get a call at noon they would be ready. Very awful communication, but excellent customer service to deal with it
BMW 2018 X3 AWD Was a long wait to pay for our car after we decided on a price (we paid cash, no finance). Everything else was 5 star!! They had the exact car we were looking to purchase. Beautiful facility.

Not only is he helpful but is extremely knowledgeable of the product that he represents. That is always a plus for me when I am in the market for a new vehicle "customer service"!
