Repair in progress The only complaint is that the original reason that I brought the car in for repair was not addressed. I have made arrangements to bring it in for a re-evaluation.

BMW of Nashville 4040 Armory Oaks Drive 37204 The dealership is modern and clean. Employees are polite and speak throughout the facility. The sales person, Ricky Carrillo-Leon, was relaxed, attentive and professional. Ricky has a lot of automobile knowledge. He knew about the car I bought even though it was not a BMW. Ricky is helpful but not pushy which made car buying pleasant. I recommend him and this dealership for a modern approach to car buying.
