BMW X1 Excellent Service. I brought the car over the phone. Everybody was very helpful and ship the car from Tennessee to California. Worked out perfectly fine.

BMW of Nashville I had a concern about my 2016 BMW 528i. The car was checked from top to bottom and my questions answered and proper fluid levels explained. All in all, I am very satisfied with my visit to the service department this week.

Bmw of Nashville A+ Service, my experience was memorable, ease of buying my new X5 was painless. It took about two hours, my first service was a second thought. They provided a courtesy vehicle and the technicians were very professional.

Owner Went in for routine service on my 535. Karen has always provided superior customer service for over a decade. Only “catch” is that BMW charges for software upgrades now for updating service interval sensors. Seems like a win-win for all parties, but corporate greed is creeping in AGAIN.

BMW X5 Service I took my X5 in for service without an appointment. The dealer took my vehicle in and after a quick discussion of the services I wanted, I was out to work. I received an email later in the day that my X5 was complete and I could pick it up anytime. The email also included a detailed invoice and method of payment. I also received a call from the sales person. Everything was completed as promised including a car wash. Excellent service!!!

awesome dealer experience at armory oaks bmw i have a 14 year old 325i and a $200 work order.Iwas treated like i had a 2018 m5 with head replacement,i was treated to a new x5 (totally unexpected) $70,000 vehicle kenneth swezer (dont think spelling is correct)was awesome excellent service adviser great communication will definetly come back if service is needed
