Air bag recall Good experience had appointment they got started right away when done they cleaned the car and thanked me for my business good job.
Car serviced I’m happy with the service department. I had my oil changed, tires balanced and rotated. They also washed and vacuumed my car for me. Karen in the service dept was very helpful.
Service and Repairs-Karen Gerow/Daric Carby 2011 BMW was experiencing issues with "missing" when accelerating. I took it to BMW in Nashville near 100 Oaks. Daric Carby was helpful and took the needed time to write-up the information and symptoms. He was professional and very knowledgeable regarding BMW products. Made the car buying process a breeze! Came in early about 15 minutes before the dealership opened, with the exact used car I wanted to buy in mind.
