Bmw 320! Xdrive Terrence happily greeted us and helped us to different options of available cars. He notified us when our choice was available. He was patient and answered all my questions.
Personable Service Ryan was fantastic. He was responsive and knowledgeable but was never pushy or overbearing. Best dealership experience I???ve ever had. When he was busy with another customer, he excused himself and found another associate to help me. He followed up promptly and took care of anything I asked. Would recommend him 10/10 to any of my family and friends.

Great service Dylan Long is the service advisor that I always request because he handles the problem as quickly and efficiently as he can. He always makes me aware of any other issues that may come up in the future. I appreciate his friendliness. He is busy but seems to make time for every customer.

very good experience. Staff was helpful and courteous. Very good experience. All staff members were courteous and completed repair to my wife's car in a timely manner. Provided snacks and bottled water while waiting.
