Routine service 8600 oil change and service on my 2016 4 series convertible. Antywon was very helpful and courageous, as always. Provided loaner car so I could run errands while waiting.

Fantastic service Vehicle broke down enroute to Oklahoma (Saturday night 9/22). BMW of Little Rock got my vehicle in the following Monday and had the problem(s) diagnosed by mid-morning. Not only did the dealership took in, diagnosed and called before I had anticipated but also helped me clear the mistakes that the previous dealership created. Everyone I talked to at BMW of Little Rock were very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Service Department The service department is very friendly. I live about 2 hours away and my choice is BMW Little Rock because of the great service coupons and customer service. Need more cashier on weekends. Had to wait longer after vehicle was service due to only being one cashier.

September 25 Service visit Better at getting me in and out than previous service - I had oil pump issue from prior device that was corrected, but no oil was added though they knew it had a leak - i added later.
