Class above My entire experience from the moment I decided to buy a BMW from McLarty BMW has been a relaxing experience. Excellent Service and Overall Ownership Experience Every time I visit BMW of Little Rock it feels like family. Dylan sent me off in a loaner while my car was being serviced. The service was completed in a timely fashion and when I returned Rob (my sales rep) was sitting on a bench next to the service drive. I parked the loaner right there, and got out to visit with Rob as I haven't seen him in several months. BMW of Little Rock I called my Service Advisor, Antywon Hampton on a Friday, in order to make an appointment for my routine service contract, on a Friday, he was able to schedule me for the following Monday. Oil and oil filter changed, as well as brake fluid replacement, and brake fluid flush. All fluid levels checked, and replaced if necessary, tires inspected, air pressures adjusted. Fast, friendly service On my sixth BMW, I have been repeatedly satisfied with my experience in having them serviced here. The staff is always helpful, responsive, open and friendly. They resolve my problems same day, or within 24 hours when parts need to be ordered. They keep my car running and looking as if it were new, and I cannot recall ever having a negative issue in my 20+ year relationship with them. In short, I can???t recommend them more highly.
