Fast, courteous, and beautiful dealership. They facility is beautiful, the people are nice, and the service is fast. I look forward to returning in the future even though I live 2 or so hours away.

First visit Everyone was polite, professional, engaging and I really felt like they were taking the extra steps to make servicing your BMW not a chore, but more like a visit with friends. Heck, I'm kinda looking forward to the next oil change!!!

Average service this time. I wish they had filled the gas after the servicing appointment like they used to. Also the car wash wasn't meticulous. There was dirt on the back that wasn't cleaned off.

Bought new car. Very helpful sales team. And Tristan , BMW Genius was a real help and very nice young man. Sean was very helpful and nice. Jack Tester is the reason that I bought another BMW.
