Friendly and Fast Service The service department is friendly and efficient. They give me a loaner car every time. That is important , as I travel from Out of town in order to service my vehicle. They always greet me with a smile on their face. friendly and fast are two very important factors.

Superb Service! Thanks Tamika, Tonya and Eric (Mike) My BMW team was phenomenal. Tamika took what I thought I wanted and turned it into something so much better. All was nicely done. Everyone on staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The break-in service was done quickly and completed on time. The waiting area was spacious, clean, and upscale.

2nd 10,000 mile service The maintenance personnel have excellent customer service skills and they hand washed my vehicle because the automatic car wash was down. Toyota gives the vehicle back unwashed if the machine is not working. This may seem a small matter but it does not go unnoticed. Thank you.

Very much customer friendly My 530 is connected to the BMW service department and an oil change was due soon. The service department also knew an oil change was due and they called me to get an appointed set up to do that. I was impressed with how the Little Rock BMW service department was proactive in getting my oil change appointment!

One year check ups! Excellent service with timely manner! Good hospitality. Service associates checked all fluids levels and tires air pressures. I hope they fixed I had a problem with my car rear tire . Oil change has been done .

Oil change plus Driving through on a trip from 3 hours away, I called their service department at the last minute for an oil change and a few other issues. They were happy to get my car in ASAP so I wouldn't have to make a special trip. Always friendly & helpful, their team is top notch. Super honest about service too! They want to make you happy.
