Too hot I bought a used BMW not from BMW of Little Rock but the car was still under warranty, so I took it to the people who know. My AC wasn't working. They immediately offered me an appointment on the day I called. They gave me a beautiful 2019 loaner car to use. It took several weeks to find the cause and then repair it. Angie kept in touch w/me. Let me Know when my vehicle was ready. She called me by name when I arrived, explained what the problem was and had my car ready at the door before I could sign the work papers. ... read more

Exceptional Service No matter what I throw at the service department they always show up with exceptional service. The team in the service department always goes above and beyond what I expect. I won't let anyone else touch my car. Nor could any other service compare to the quality of service I receive.
