Tire Replacement Dylan always takes care of our car. When we buy another BMW it will be because of his service. If Dylan could manage the service of my truck I would be even happier.

Repair of oxygen sensor and crank case vent valve Everyone in the service department is extremely helpful. They take the time to explain the reason and need for the repair. They always give a price before the work is begun. The technician is always willing to discuss the repair before and after the work is completed. Additionally the shop foreman was willing to discuss the repairs he sees on certain models versus other models in the BMW line.

Very efficient Appointment was on time. Problem found with the vehicle. Part had to be ordered and was loaned a very nice vehicle to return home and return the next day. The part came in and was repair made by the time I arrived the following day. I thought the labor cost was about twice as high as it should have been. But, the service was great.

Oil change Synthetic oil, and inspiration, pretty reasonable price. Overall, a good dealership. The people in the service department were nice, sales, did not even say hello. Saw two people that I dealt with before, did not say a word too me.
