Short wait, nicely accommodating waiting areas I don???t look forward to car services, even scheduled maintenance services. However they have always accurately diagnosed what the car needs, easy in/out.

Oil change They always have the best service at BMW. They are courteous friendly and prompt. Also I never have to wait long for the service. They have a car ready to go for me very quickly

Oil change Got it and out in less than an hour! Oil change and car wash. Friendly service and coffee and muffins to eat while you wait.

Unexpected need for service My engine light came on for the second time in less than a year, so I was not pleased to need to take my car in for service. Dylan was very understanding and kept me informed during the 2 days my car was at the dealership. He went ahead and had my oil changed because it was almost time which saved me from having to come back in a month. I also got a nicer car to drive this time. Dylan represented the dealership very well.
