Routine service I have had 5 BMW X5's. Jack has been responsible for almost all of my service. Always pleasant and helpful. Always able to provide loaner car when I call ahead, which is very helpful as I have to get to work.

They???ll ensure you???re comfortable It was as pleasant an experience as I???ve had when car buying. They ensured my wife and children had water and snacks for the duration of our stay. I was happy to buy a car from them and plan to go back for my next buying experience.

Great experience! We have looked at several vehicles before deciding on the BMW. As soon as we arrived, we met a young man named Tristan. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question we had. After deciding which car we wanted, we met with our dealer Steven Vaughn. He was great to work with as well as the all the others that we met. My husband and I will definitely be repeat customers!!!!

Great Came in for oil change. Service was great & im loving my 320i When I purchased my car a couple of months ago Tamika was really nice & done a great job for us.
