Very helpful, low sales pressure, very positive experience ! My wife and I were greeted with smiles and courtesy thru out our buying experience at BMW of Little Rock. Being the first time of owning an BMW we were skeptical. However after visiting with Reed Watson as well as the other employees here we have had a very positive buying experience.. The entire sales staff was very respectful, professional and compassionate about helping with any issues we had.

Very good When recall parts were available, I received a call from my service advisor and an appointment was scheduled. Also the air conditioner needed servicing and all was completed within two hours. A loaner car was provided.

Service Received June 23, 2018 I was very satisfied with the service I received. Jack Tester was very professional, friendly, and explained everything I needed to know. Always professional and thorough caring for my car and me. Antywon was pleasant and thorough updating the routine maintenance on my car. He made sure I was aware of all recalls and service due and made sure my needs were all met. He was sure to let me know the estimated timeline and gave me updates. Recall items for 2008 BMW 328i When the parts were available, I was notified and an appointment was scheduled. Additionally, air conditioner service was required. Both jobs were completed within two hours and a loaner vehicle was provided until the maintenance was completed with a 15% coupon.
