I enjoyed my time at bmw of Greensboro...They kept me informed and updated on everything that was being done to my car...The waiting area was clean with plenty of snacks and water to keep me relaxed until the job was done ..

Quick greeting and service arranged . No,push for lots of extra services . Had recommended tire rotation,but did not get pushed to accept . I did have it done because it does help tire wear . They are always nice and I like the fact they are not pushy . Hate to be offered a ton of unneeded repairs and made to feel I need them all. They are not pushy ,take great care of what's needed. My choice ,not theirs . Would definitely recommend their service department and Andrew the advisor I have had every time .
