Dave was attentive and called me as soon as the mechanic's diagnostic available. Aside from the issue I address, he also managed to work with my 3rd party warranty companies to cover items that should be addressed. I was able to get my weekend driver back before the weekend!
The Up: Very attentive and listened to me. Spent very little time waiting for anything and provided updated quote very quickly. Low pressure. Showed me the vehicle I wanted to see. Let the vehicle talk for itself. The down: Discussed several items I'd like to address and said they'd have answers that afternoon. Three days in and only have answer to one of the three inquiries.
