Jamil Jackson and the auto mechanics do an excellent job. Jamil, my service rep is professional, courteous and ensures that everything is completed. He kept me informed throughout my visit .
James Burke was my service advisor he walked me through the entire process with my x5 and showed me everything they were going to do with my vehicle

Phone system needs improved
Quick and easy getting an appointment. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Called me to explain that a part was being ordered and when it would arrive. Called me when the car was ready for pickup. Excellent service!
Service department is great
Brought in my car for a state inspection and everything was done quickly and professionally
Sales team always excellent to me service department as well but being it's BMW servicing the car is so so over priced I advise everyone to keep some type of warranty for as long as you have your car or find a credible mechanic that can handle your BMW needs I always will buy my car from this establishment but I will try my best to never get my mechanical needs from them two air filters under the hood and one cabin air filter almost five or six hundred dollars I went to a super good mechanic got three air filters for a hundr... read more
