Service was completed and I haven't had any issues or concerns since.
The prices are extremely high and I was promised to receive a phone call about my headrest, it never came through.
The service was completed in a timely manner. My tire rotation was not due at this time. The brake flush was completed. I was not aware of the need but it improved my braking.
It seems like a Great car just aggravated with the whole car buying experience the people on the lot will lye about certain things just to get you to sign the contract and are just made to make deals by any means necessary.

My X3 notified me about brake fluid service needed. Then I got an email from BMW telling me the same. I called my service advisor, Jamil Jackson, who always looks after me. Appointment made for next day. He took vehicle back and in barely over one hour had my brake flush completed as well as my vehicle washed. Great professional and friendly service.
Professional and timely. Waiting are was well stocked with drinks and snacks, very comfortable.
