Service was good and on point. People are friendly and knowledgeable.
I liked the timely manner in which it took . I didn't like that they told me that my fluid level was good just to find out that my oil level wasn't

We experienced a friendly atmosphere that also smelled very nice. Our salesman was not pushy and was very helpful with our questions about the car. They all congratulated me and my husband on our first BMW car. We are enjoying our new purchase.

It was easy to communicate with my service advisor and I got quoted for services and they were explained to me in a manner that was easy to understand and listed in importance.
