Service was good and completed in a timely fashion. Would be much better if cars were cleaned or detailed better. Other than that service was great as well as the service guy Tyrone.
Overall great services, but they definitely need to improve on their loaner services. Most working class people need to have access to a loaner car.
The service was great as usual. The employees are very informative and patient.
Great place for service for my BMW. Andrew is my service contact and he always listens to my concerns and makes sure everything is checked out to my satisfaction before I get my car back. They make appointment's to do the necessary work and always have the car clean and ready on time. I have used this Greensboro service center for both of my BMW's and totally recommend them.
